WipeDrive Home works on a large variety of devices and operating systems.

I have a Windows computer, what is the best method to run WipeDrive Home?
WipeDrive is delivered in two different file formats, .ISO and .EXE. Either method will work perfectly for wiping your Windows device.
Using the .EXE method allows you to initiate the wiping process directly from your desktop. Instructions on this method of running WipeDrive can be found at this link: How To Run WipeDrive Home Using an EXE
Using the .ISO method requires you to create bootable CD/USB media, links to those instructions can be found under the section "I only have a .ISO file, what am I supposed to do with that?".

I have an Apple computer, what is the best method to run WipeDrive Home?
For Mac devices the bootable CD/USB method of running the software is going to work best for you.

Using the .ISO method requires you to create bootable CD/USB media, links to those instructions can be found under the section "I only have a .ISO file, what am I supposed to do with that?".

I only have an .ISO file, what am I supposed to do with that?
In order to use your .ISO file of WipeDrive, bootable media must be created. Depending on what you have on hand and what your requirements are, make sure you choose the option that best suites your needs.
If you have a newer computer or your computer simply does not have a CD drive, then the bootable USB method will work best for you: How To Create a Bootable USB

I don't have an internet connection, how do I activate if I only have a cloud code?
If a wired Ethernet connection isn't possible for you to connect your device to the internet, there is still hope for activating the software. Why isn't WipeDrive Home detecting my hard drive?
There are many factors that can cause a hard drive to not be detected by WipeDrive, anything from failing equipment to simply changing a system setting could be the cause.

The wipe failed when I ran WipeDrive Home, why?
Drive failures can happen for multiple reason but is most commonly seen when the hard drive being wiped is nearing the end of its life. As equipment starts to wear down, errors happen more frequently and ultimately will become unreliable. When this happens, the stress put on a hard drive during the wiping process can make this unreliability become present.
