If the software freezes at 'Please wait while drives are initialized', that means that you entered the Offline Code incorrectly or did not enter it at all. You'll need to reboot the software and enter in all the codes again.
If you are still having problems, you may want to try running the software in Text Mode, as it won't freeze there if you enter it incorrectly and instead it will give you another chance to enter the code.
If you are unable to get it to work, I recommend using a wired ethernet connection to bypass offline activation.
