 IE and AOL temporary files could not be cleaned
Solution The "IE and AOL temporary files could not be cleaned" error occurs if SecureClean is run from the Start->Program Files menu rather than from the SecureClean icon in your System Tray (bottom right corner).

Please run SecureClean from the tray icon and submit a Support Ticket if you continue to have issues.
