 Why is the Auto-Update Not Working?
Solution Most WhiteCanyon programs have an update button in the Options area that will allow you to obtain a free update of your purchased program (within your current major version number).

If the program claims that there is an updated version but will not take you to a web page to download it in your browser, there are a few reasons why this could have happened:

  1. You have no internet service
  2. You do not have your cable modem or DSL properly connected
  3. Your firewall is limiting communication from the program to the Internet

Please check these things and repair any problems. The Auto-Update service should then work fine.

If the Auto-Update feature still fails to work properly, you may manually update by downloading the latest version from the WhiteCanyon Updates Page.
